Michael Mathews is a seasoned executive, life-long learner, entrepreneur and leader who has had the great opportunity to work all around the world, having spent considerable time in Sydney, Johannesburg, Geneva and London. He has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in both healthy and underperforming organizations, in both domestic and international, multi-cultural environments.
Michael leads from the front and is willing to take on mission critical objectives, make the tough calls and draw the very best from teams and team members. Whether it’s on the plant floor to the front lines to executive corners or to the boardroom — Michael has worked them all. He thrives on differentiated thinking and ideas and welcomes diversity in all forms. He believes that with inspiring leadership and steady mentorship, teams will achieve greater outcomes than they might have believed possible.
Michael has held various operating and executive leadership roles at Deluxe, UnitedHealth Group, Merrill Lynch, The Infology Group, Unilever, A.T.Kearney, and Claremont Technology Group.
Michael is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and has B.S. of Business Administration, Marketing and Decision Sciences.

Andy Joiner

Andy Joiner is a recognized, global thought leader who has led numerous companies, particularly in the medical device industry, through strategic growth and transformative phases. He is a proven CEO and General Manager who has helped to form and build CREO into the specialized advisory firm it is today.
Earlier in his career, Andy served as the CEO of Tepha from October 2012 until the summer of 2021. He is a proven executive and has 25 years of medical device experience including Sales, Marketing, General Management, and Executive Leadership. Prior to joining Tepha, Andy was Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Operations, at Tornier, a global provider of Extremity Orthopedics from April of 2008, to January of 2012. Previous to joining Tornier, he served at American Medical Systems from December of 2000 to April 2008, in various executive leadership roles including General Manager, Women’s Health. Previous to his tenure at American Medical Systems, Andy spent ten years at U.S. Surgical.
Andy is a graduate of The University of Georgia and has B.S. in Communications.

Jeff Larson is an industry leader and recognized expert in consulting, operations and business development. Jeff brings his extensive portfolio of experiences to CREO and is Partner in the firm.
Jeff is a seasoned, experienced executive and successful operator having led meaningful businesses in revenue growth and business development efforts. His track record of building enduring client and business partner relationships is significant and a differentiator. Jeff’s broad leadership career spans several decades and includes management consulting sales, executive management (including P&L) and consulting project delivery experience. Jeff is a strategic thinker with a bias for quickly driving strategy into executable action plans.
Jeff has held various sales, operating and executive leadership roles at Project Consulting Group, Pragmatek, Advanced Bio-Surfaces, LeSueur Incorporated, Grant Thornton and Andersen Consulting.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Operations.
