Hunt Electric hired our team to conduct a Warehouse Design Master Plan. The client wished to gain efficiencies and reduce it’s overall footprint from 100,000 square feet to 60,000 square feet. Our support included the facilitation of space analysis, master planning, detailed design and pilot project identification.

Participated as a Manufacturing Industry subject matter expert on a 20+ person team at Andersen Corporation. The team completely reengineered the multi-step process used to manufacture the door product line. The work included the implementation of lean manufacturing concepts including; set-up reduction, cellular in-line work units, supplier KANBAN scheduling and in-line quality methods.
Participated as Project Manager for a 20+ person team at St. Jude Medical to modify its quality systems to be compliant with ISO 9000 and International CE Marking standards. The work involved the development of processes to show controls in place for product development, manufacturing and international distribution.

Later served in the full-time capacity of General Manager – Plastics Division leading a $12 Million P&L while expanding its customer base into the Medical Device Industry.
